How to use

You can use The Angel Light as a focus point for meditation, to help you calm down when you are feeling stressed, to clear the energies in a room that you are in, or to help you feel emotionally, mentally and even physically better.

Just leave the page up on your computer, and it will already start affecting you and your space. If you look at it and tune into it, it will work even better.

Elfpath students will have learned some additional ways to use the Angel Light.
