    Breaking the Habits
    Even after two years, I still sometimes just keep going and doing when I'm feeling something (tired, overwhelmed, an anger, scared) and end up feeling more worn out and doing a bad job because it doesn't *work* that way for Sensers. The Senser way is to notice, to stop, to handle, to get out of the way of the messy thing and then to do whatever feels appropriate. Not to push and shove and just barrel through.
