Finding your Animal Totem

At Elfpath, we teach you how to make a Spirit Quest and find your own Animal Totem (also called Spirit guide by some), as well as how to work with it. Discovering the characteristics of your Animal Totem and how these are relevant to your Self and/or your current situation can be a great aide to you. These amazing animals will show you things you should pay attention to and be cautious about. They will also remind you what your own strengths are, and can guide you to develop them.

Once you have found your Animal Totem through your personal Spirit Quest, you will of course want to know more about them and their characteristics. The easiest way to do this is to google "[youranimal] animal totem" on google and check a few links. Keep in mind that you always want to intuitively SCAN the information on each page rather than blindly believing what they say.

Her site and descriptions are a favourite with many of our students, since they are very useful and almost always spot on with our own intuitive scan. We are honoured to host some of her work here.
